L’Estabel Grande Cuvee Comtesse Rouge, Languedoc-Cabrières, France
Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre with a little Cinsault. Glossy cherry fruit and a little herbiness greet you, and whilst there is some structure this wine is very soft.  Incredibly charming and a winner for long summer.
