From a single vineyard at 300 metres. 20 year old vines. Sedimentary clay and limestone soils. 8 months aged on the lees, and 18 months in bottle before release.
One of the finest Italian whites. Complex and structured. Round with ripe yellow apple, yellow peach, almond, honey & mineral notes. Fresh acidity brightens the creamy flavours. The complexity, the aromas and the freshness of the fruit remain intact for years proving the wine’s astonishing capacity to age beautifully.
