Grapes: Vidiano

Vidiano (grape) is considered as an emerging star of the wines of Crete.

Aromas of sweet stone fruit and blooming herbs with hints of citrus. The mouthfeel is velvet and full of texture with a strong presence of creamy fruit and mineral notes in the after taste.

Food Pairing: All seafood, meat in creamy sauces and mediterranean dishes with vegetables like stuffed courgette blossoms. Serve at 10-12°C.
