Lupo Meraviglia Tre di Tre 2022 (Magnum)

Description

40% Negroamaro, 40% Aglianico and 20% Primitivo.

Uses a “salasso” technique—the French call it saignée—to bleed off 20–30% of the liquid early in the winemaking process. costly to discard this, but doing so increases the skin-to-juice ratio, providing deeper colour and fruit, making for a more powerful, intense wine.

The nose reveals aromas of red fruit and jam that blend with sweet and spicy notes
Big, rich with panoply and dried and dark fruit. It exhibits great structure and persistence with a pleasant tannic finish.

Pairs perfectly with first courses, red and grilled meats
