40% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 20% Mourvedre, 15% Marselan, 5 % Merlot
L’Unique red is made in the traditional way, the vines are young. The wines are aged in concrete vats and barrels for a period of 12 months and then bottled in the spring.
The nose reveals notes of garrigue and black cherries. The palate is intense with supple tannins. This wine is concentrated and charming.
Try as an aperitif, with cheese or bbq. Serve at 12 – 17C
