White Brézème delights. Being at the crossroads of the North and the South, this terroir creates the right balance between richness and freshness.
Brézème is a rare appellation, and its white wine is even rarer! Very close to a Saint Joseph white in style. Aged for around ten months in concrete tanks (90%) & new oak (10%).
A nose of citrus fruits, subtle floral notes. A mineral and refreshing mouth with a tangy finish.
Certified organic.
Food Pairing: Served as an aperitif, it could also easily complement seafood or grilled fish.
