“95 A wine of incredible concentration: lush, lovely fruit, deep complexity, and impressive power all at once. In 2020, the wine impresses immediately with deep colour and a super-ripe plum and fig fruit, touched with earthy mineral notes and a hint of spice. There is plenty of depth and some of the firmest tannins in the cellar in this wine. This is truly substantial and should age for decades to come. De Vogüé owns 2.7ha at the southern extremity of the appellation, nearly all of it on the clay soils that are referred to as terres rouges.” Drinking Window: 2025 – 2050 (DECANTER)
