Description
Natural sweet wine based on musts of the Moscatel variety, with grapes from vineyards near the coast, where this variety adapts perfectly to sandier soils. Young wine that seeks the aromatic power of the variety that composes it.
100% Muscat variety, it is a natural sweet wine in which alcoholic fermentation has been minimal, to preserve the primary aromas of the grape. Subjected to oxidative aging for 2 or 3 years using the system of soleras and criaderas in American oak casks, it is very sweet.
Dark mahogany in colour, dense appearance and very high aromatic intensity, the floral and fruity notes typical of the muscatel grape stand out. On the palate it is very sweet and combined with good acidity and the point of bitterness typical of the grape, it becomes a very pleasant drink.
Versatile and complete wine, to enjoy in a relaxed way as an aperitif, to accompany some pastries as a snack or with natural fruits for dessert.
