Delgado Zuleta Vermut Goyesco Manzanilla

Description

Using a selection of Manzanilla from the La Goya solera, a series of botanicals and natural extracts inspired by the natural environment of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, with the mouth of the Guadalquivir River and the Doñana National Park, are macerated.

White vermouth based on manzanilla and natural extracts. Its alcohol content is 15% vol. and is presented in a 75 cl Bordeaux bottle. with cork head stopper.

Singular golden yellow colour with bright reflections. It retains the sharp nose characteristic of chamomile, to which are added floral and citrus notes with almond nuances. In the mouth it is dry, intense and balanced, leaving the characteristic bitterness of vermouth, but without being excessive and inviting to repeat.

Wine par excellence for the aperitif. Perfect in its traditional combination with olives, or nuts. Its base of Manzanilla harmoniously balances more fatty tapas such as ham or cheese, or saltier ones, such as mojama or anchovies. Being made from a wine of proven quality, like La Goya Manzanilla, we also recommend its tasting alone.
