Rebula is the Slovenian name for that classic northern Italian grape, Ribolla Gialla. Fresh apple & meadow-flower aromas. Crisp, youthful, with apple, green melon and saline notes. Very food friendly.

Elegant on the nose, notes of liquorice sustained thanks to a sort step for barrel. Dark fruit on the palate with presence of slight tannins. Well structured. Aged for 4 months in oak barrel.
