Anselmo Mendes Muros Antigos Alvarinho, Moncao e Melcaco
100% Alvarinho
White wine from the Alvarinho grape variety, grown exclusively in Monção and Melgaço. It originates in vineyards on sunny hillsides with poor granite soils. The wine is very mineral, with a good structure and body while maintaining freshness. Long finish with the citrus and slightly tropical notes of the Alvarinho variety.

Morgado de Bucelas Arinto, Bucelas
100% Arinto
From limestone soil (just like CHABLIS). Aged on skins for 4 hours pre fermentation then aged on lees for 4 months post fermentation. Both adding complexity and richness. Notes of lime, green apple & mineral. Fresh, persistent but with volume. A must try!

Red
Tinto da Talha, Alentejo
Trincadeira, Castelão (Periquita) & Moreto.
The wine is named after the Roman tradition still in use in the South of Portugal to make the wine in terracotta amphora (Talha).
Bottled quickly after fermentation & maceration to ensure freshness. Then aged for a year before release. Medium to full bodied. Ripe plum, blackberry & earthy notes with succulent finish.

Porta 6, Lisboa
A hugely popular, ripe juicy blend of Tinta Roriz, Castelao and Touriga Nacional giving dark fruit flavours and a hint of spice.
Enjoy with red meat and bbq.

Esperanca Escolha, Alentejo
Touriga Nacional, Trincadeira & Alicante Boushet
Aged for 9 months in Franch oak. Intense ruby coloured wine with an exuberant floral and red fruit aroma.
An excellent combination with pasta, roasts and cheese.
