Galette with spinach and blue cheese (vegetarian)

A wine that perfectly tells what Sicily is, with the scents of earth burned by the sun and invigorated by the wind: salt, citrus and aromatic herbs, dried straw and hawthorn. This wine is an explosion of flavours, thanks to the bond among freshness, minerality and smoothness. Fragrances of white and tropical fruit prevail. Harmonious, fresh and elegantly soft.
Blinis with Smoked Salmon

A young rosé made from 70% Tempranillo and 30% Garnacha grapes which come from the highest parts of the Ostatu vineyards, in the district of Samaniego. Soft and bright pink with salmon and onion skin hints. Intense aroma of strawberries, raspberries & redcurrants with some orange peel and fine minerality. Great balance of flavours, fruitiness and warmth.

On the palate it is full bodied, round, wth balanced acidity and a red fruit finish.

Crepes with sugar and lemon
Jean-Marc Gilet Vouvray Methode Traditionelle Brut NV, Loire, France £18.99
Mineral with flinty aromas, supported by notes of toasted almonds. When aired, the nose evolves on buttered and lemony notes.
The palate is smooth, with spicy flavours of pepper and citrus. The finish is quite long with a supple structure.
Banana Pancakes
Domaine des Bernardins Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise 2020, Rhone, France (37.5cl) £12.99
Opening up on notes of apricot and very ripe pear with floral and butterscotch notes. The palate is rich and runs with surprising freshness after the opening. There is a note of quince paste on the aftertaste, also herbes de Provence. Magnificent finish.
Blueberry Pancakes

Precisely made Viognier with notes of apricot and peach stones, gently textured with a bright acidity giving a very fresh, mildly gingery finish.
Crepe Suzette

88% Semillon & 12% Sauvignon Blanc. A golden dessert wine with aromas of gingerbread and dried apricots.
On the palate it is silky, generous and fruity with candied prunes and quince jelly notes. A beautifully balanced harmonious wine, smooth and vivacious.
