“93-95/100. Medium deep colour. The nose is less explosive than the village. More stuffing, less open. This cuvee is made from the young vines of Musigny, mostly from 15 to 25 years old. Dense red fruit, plenty of energy, not so much vigour today until you get to the finish which is properly baby Musigny in style. François Millet talks of the freshness of the red fruit, along with some fresh spices in 2016. Firm in structure, this is clearly going to be very fine.” (Jasper Morris M.W., October 2017)

“93/100. Outstanding. This is also ultra-fresh, cool and airy with restrained aromas that are composed of notes of dark currant, blueberry, lavender, violet and a wisp of spice. There is once again excellent punch and detail to the wonderfully vibrant medium-bodied flavors that exude evident minerality on the focused and chiseled finish that delivers first-rate persistence.
