Ideally located partly in the valley of Chassagne, the plots, benefit from a rich soil made of clay and limestone.
The low altitude and the south-east sunny exposure ensure water and nutrients that produce ripe, juicy and aromatic berries.
Fermented in 1/3 French oak barrel & 2/3 stainless steel tank.
Composed bouquet with hints of yellow flower complementing the green apple aromas. Reveals subtle brioche and walnut scents with time, gaining complexity. The palate is very well balanced with a fine line of acidity, with the oak, nicely integrated and lending an appealing creamy texture toward the finish.
