From Chateau du Cedre come this gorgeous sweet Malbec.
The Malbec grapes are late picked. Fermentation starts in tank before being interrupted by the addition of spirit. Aged in for 12 months in barrel, it reveals a very lovely balance between the cassis, blackberry fruit, acidity and residual sugar.
