Aged for 16 to 18 month in bottle.
This Crémant de Bourgogne blanc is a perfect marriage of Chardonnay’s finesse, Pinot Noir structure and Aligoté nerve.
Showing ripe stonefruit, apple with a hint of white flowers on the nose. These follow through on the palate which has fine bubbles and a well rounded finish.
